Remove obsolete byte-compiler hack that tried to silence some warnings.
(edebug-submit-bug-report): Remove.

Remove aliases, use the un-prefixed name instead.
(edebug-pop-to-buffer): Consider other frames.
(edebug-original-read):: Make it more obvious that it's always defined.
