description here.  Recommend C-u C-SPC for jumping to mark.

(Primary Selection): Copyedits.
(Rectangles): Document new command rectangle-number-lines.
(CUA Bindings): Note that this disables the mark-even-if-inactive
behavior for C-x and C-c.
