Remove left-over comment from the bulk comint->term query/replace.
(term-command-function): Rename from term-command-hook.
Give it a global default value.
(term-suppress-hard-newline): Mark it as generally obsolete.

(term--remove-fake-newlines): Fix assert -> cl-assert.
