(notifications-on-close-object): New defvars.
(notifications-on-action-signal, notifications-on-closed-signal):
Unregister the signal if not needed any longer.
(notifications-notify): Register `notifications-action-signal' or
`notifications-closed-signal', if :on-action or :on-close has been
passed as argument.
