* autorevert.el (auto-revert-handler):
  Bind `remote-file-name-inhibit-cache', not `tramp-cache-inhibit-cache',
  which was removed in 2010-10-02T13:21:43Z!michael.albinus@gmx.de.
  Don't quote lambda.
