* movemail.c: (DIRECTORY_SEP, IS_DIRECTORY_SEP, DONE, IS_FROM_LINE):

Remove unused macros.
* pop.c (index): Remove unused macro.
(KPOP_PORT): Define only if KERBEROS is defined.
