Remove "-face" suffix from strokes-char face

   * lisp/strokes.el (strokes-char): Remove "-face" suffix from face name.
   (strokes-char-face): New backward-compatibility alias for renamed face.
   (strokes-encode-buffer): Use renamed strokes-char face.
