(string-rectangle-line): New arg DELETE.
(string-rectangle): Check delete-selection-mode.

(edebug-read-function): Account for other `'#' read forms.
(edebug-mode-menus): Make some items toggles.
(edebug-outside-unread-command-event, unread-command-event):
Remove these to avoid warnings.
