(gdb-frame-parameters): Match height and

width to those for special frames.
(gdb-frame-breakpoints-buffer): Use gdb-frame-parameters.
Use display-buffer.
(gdb-frame-stack-buffer, gdb-frame-threads-buffer)
(gdb-frame-registers-buffer, gdb-frame-locals-buffer)
(gdb-frame-assembler-buffer): Rework like
gdb-frame-breakpoints-buffer.
