(global-map): Bind <home> to beginning-of-line,

<end> to end-of-line, C-<home> to beginning-of-buffer, and
C-<end> to end-of-buffer.

* bindings.el (global-map): Bind <home> to beginning-of-line,
<end> to end-of-line, C-<home> to beginning-of-buffer, and
C-<end> to end-of-buffer.
* language/european.el: Add Dutch and Spanish language info
to be able to use the appropriate tutorials.
