Remove some obsolete calendar functions and variables

* lisp/calendar/cal-tex.el (cal-tex-list-holidays):
Remove alias, obsolete since 24.4.
* lisp/calendar/calendar.el (calendar-mode):
No longer use calendar-font-lock-keywords.
(calendar-font-lock-keywords): Delete variable, obsolete since 24.4.
