Some more window.h fixes missing in 2011-06-10T06:55:18Z!rudalics@gmx.at.

* window.h (resize_proportionally, orig_total_lines)
(orig_top_line): Remove from window structure.
(set_window_height, set_window_width, change_window_heights)
(Fdelete_window): Remove prototypes.
(resize_frame_windows): Remove duplicate declaration.
