* lisp/dired.el (dired-read-regexp): Make obsolete. [Backport]

(dired-mark-files-regexp, dired-mark-files-containing-regexp)
(dired-flag-files-regexp):
* lisp/dired-aux.el (dired-mark-read-regexp):
* lisp/dired-x.el (dired-mark-unmarked-files): Use read-regexp directly.
