Some cleanup in message.el

* lisp/gnus/message.el (message-cross-post-insert-note):
(message-strip-forbidden-properties): Mark unused args.
(message-canlock-generate): Remove extinct variable
sha1-maximum-internal-length.
(message-make-mail-followup-to): Use loop's thereis clause.
