Change struct frame bitfields from unsigned char to unsigned.

* frame.h (struct frame): Change type of 'display_preempted',
'visible', 'iconified', 'has_minibuffer', 'wants_modeline',
'auto_raise', 'auto_lower', 'no_split', 'explicit_name',
'window_sizes_changed', 'mouse_moved' and 'pointer_invisible'
bitfields from unsigned char to unsigned.
