(P_): Moved to top of file.

(struct Lisp_Hash_Table): New.
(struct Lisp_Hash_Table): New.
(HAVE_FACES): Removed.
(MAKE_GLYPH): Remove test for frame type.
(GLYPH_CHAR): Ditto.
(GLYPH_FACE): Ditto.
