* mh-e.texi (Sequences): Add mh-whitelist-preserves-sequences-flag.

(Junk): Add mh-whitelist-preserves-sequences-flag,
mh-blacklist-msg-hook, mh-whitelist-msg-hook, mh-folder-blacklisted,
mh-folder-whitelisted (closes SF #2945712).
