* widget.c (DEFAULT_FACE_FONT, EmacsFrameSetValues, setup_frame_gcs)

(resources, setup_frame_cursor_bits): Remove unused variables and
functions, esp. wrt. font.

* widgetprv.h (EmacsFramePart): Remove font.
