New option frame-auto-hide-function replacing frame-auto-delete.

* window.el (frame-auto-hide-function): New option replacing
frame-auto-delete.  Suggested by Stefan Monnier.
(window--delete): Call frame-auto-hide-function instead of
investigating frame-auto-delete.
