Scrolling commands which scroll a line instead of full screen..

* simple.el (scroll-up-line, scroll-down-line): New commands.
Put property isearch-scroll=t on them.

* emulation/ws-mode.el (scroll-down-line, scroll-up-line):
Remove commands.
