(diary, diary-entry-time): Doc change.
(list-diary-entries): Doc change.  Trivial logic change.
(fancy-diary-display): Restore make-face command mistakenly
deleted 2003-05-08.
(show-all-diary-entries): Allow to pop-up frame if needed.
