(cmulisp-mode): Eliminate compatibility code calling

lisp-mode-variables with no arg.
(cmulisp-mode-map): Use shared-lisp-mode-map as tail.
(cmulisp-args-to-list): Fix typo in recursive call.
(cmulisp-buffer): Define variable.
