(log-edit-changelog-entries): Avoid inf-loops.

Try and avoid copying twice the same paragraph.
(log-edit-changelog-paragraph, log-edit-changelog-subparagraph):
Remove save-excursion.
(log-edit-changelog-entry): Do it here instead.
