* xdisp.c: Make symbols static if they're not exported.

* dispextern.h (scratch_glyph_row, window_box_edges):
(glyph_to_pixel_coords, set_cursor_from_row):
(get_next_display_element, set_iterator_to_next):
(highlight_trailing_whitespace, frame_to_window_pixel_xy):
(show_mouse_face): Remove decls
* frame.h (message_buf_print): Likewise.
