(Top): Adjust the @detailmenu for the addition of "System Processes" section.

(Processes, Signals to Processes): Add xrefs to it.
* objects.texi (Editing Types): A `process' is a subprocess of
Emacs, not just any process running on the OS.
* elisp.texi (Top): Adjust the @detailmenu for the above two
changes.
