* net/ange-ftp.el (ange-ftp-binary-file-name-regexp): Set default to "".

(ange-ftp-write-region, ange-ftp-insert-file-contents)
(ange-ftp-copy-file-internal): Use only `ange-ftp-binary-file' for
determining of binary transfer.  (Bug#7383)
