(SUBDIRS): Exclude skk.
(all): Substitute ${WORLD} to ${TIT}.
(%.el): This target deleted.
(${TIT}): Check existence of `quail' subdirectory.
(leim-list.el): Do not check old files.
(install): If ${srcdir} is different from the current directory,
copy also files under ${srcdir}.
