Fix GDB accesses to the 'nil's name.

 src/.gdbinit (xsymname): New subroutine.
 (xprintsym, initial-tbreak): Use it to access the name of a symbol
 in a way that doesn't cause GDB to barf when it tries to
 dereference a NULL pointer.
