(syms_of_window): Add a DEFVAR_BOOL for window-size-fixed, for
the doc string.

(syms_of_window): Add a DEFVAR_BOOL for window-size-fixed, for
the doc string.
* eval.c (specbind): If binding a per-buffer variable which
doesn't have a buffer-local value in the current buffer, change
