`edit-kbd-macro' is now bound to `C-x C-k e'.

(edmacro-finish-edit): Further update for keyboard macros that are
lambda forms.
(edmacro-sanitize-for-string): Correctly remove Meta modifier
(as suggested by Kim Storm).
