* lisp/emacs-lisp/macroexp.el (macroexp-file-name): Work in `eval-buffer`

Rely on `current-load-list` instead of `load-file-name`.

* lisp/emacs-lisp/bytecomp.el (byte-compile-close-variables):
Change the var we override accordingly.
