Silence ielm compilation

* lisp/ielm.el (ielm-map, ielm-complete-symbol):
Use completion-at-point rather than obsolete functions.
(inferior-emacs-lisp-mode): Doc fix.
Set completion-at-point-functions, rather than
comint-dynamic-complete-functions.
