(tpu-have-ispell): Doc fix. Make obsolete.

(tpu-caar, tpu-cadr): Delete functions.
(zmacs-regions): No need to declare for compiler.
(tpu-goto-breadcrumb): Use cadr rather than tpu-cadr.
(tpu-spell-check): Rewrite, and handle mark after point.
(tpu-special-insert): Use or rather than if.
