* lisp/uniquify.el (uniquify-buffer-name-style): Change default to `post-forward-angle-brackets'.

* lisp/menu-bar.el (menu-bar-options-menu): Don't require preloaded `uniquify'.
Change default to `post-forward-angle-brackets'.
