(pr-mh-get-msg-num, pr-mh-show)

(pr-mh-start-of-uncleaned-message): Remove aliases only used to
silence compiler.  Instead...
(mh-get-msg-num, mh-show, mh-start-of-uncleaned-message): ...Declare.
(mh-show-buffer): Only define for compiler.
(pr-mh-current-message): Update for above function name changes.
