Eglot: use new jsonrpc-autoport-bootstrap 

* lisp/progmodes/eglot.el (eglot-lsp-server): Delete slot
inferior-process.
(eglot--on-shutdown): Simplify.
(eglot--inferior-bootstrap): Delete.
(eglot--connect): Call jsonrpc-autoport-bootstrap.
