* lisp/emacs-lisp/ert.el (ert-summarize-tests-batch-and-exit):
New argument HIGH.  Print top-running tests.

* test/Makefile.in (check-doit): Use ${SUMMARIZE_TESTS}.

* test/README: Explain SUMMARIZE_TESTS.
