Fix indent-sexp of #s(...) (Bug#31984)

* lisp/emacs-lisp/lisp-mode.el (indent-sexp): Look for a sexp that
ends after the current line.
* test/lisp/emacs-lisp/lisp-mode-tests.el (indent-sexp-go): New test.
