Remove the now unneeded c-font-lock-flush from CC Mode.

* lisp/progmodes/cc-defs.el (c-font-lock-flush): Delete this macro.

* lisp/progmodes/cc-engine.el (c-propertize-raw-string-opener): Delete the
call to the macro.
