Fix unoptimized build on MSDOS.

 msdos/sedlibmk.inp (gl_LIBOBJS): Add execinfo.o.  Reported by Juan

 src/conf_post.h (_GL_EXECINFO_INLINE) [MSDOS]: Don't define.
