(fill-delete-newlines): Obey sentence-end.
(fill-move-to-break-point, fill-newline): New functions extracted
from fill-region-as-paragraph.
(fill-region-as-paragraph): Use them.
Don't fiddle with fill-indent-according-to-mode.
